down sizing

So we bought a huge nice house back in Oct of 2012. I have loved living here..love the neighborhood.
We have been doing a lot of thinking and talking and have decided to downsize for a year or two and save up some major money to build/buy our dream home. I'm talking we will be paying half what we do now plus lower utilities!
 While I'm sad to leave our "first" home, I am excited about the next chapter. I am honestly excited about getting rid of all the junk we don't need and having a smaller space to keep clean. lol The house we are going to be moving into is a 3 bedroom, but we have decided while the babies are little they will share a room and we will use the third as our office/ hub's workshop. We are going to be gutting the kitchen and redoing it and possibly adding a master bathroom since right now there is only one and it has no tub! The living room is my favorite part. It has a nice little area that goes out to the side that will be perfect for a little play space for the kids. I've been searching for shared boy/girl rooms ideas and just haven't found anything I love. I do love that the room they are gonna share has two closets. Will share pics as I go!
