It is late. I should be asleep...but of course..I'm not. I have not been able to go to sleep lately. It's annoying.
We have 10 days till we hit the road for Alabama. I'm gonna miss the few friends I made while living here for 8 months... speaking of them...they are throwing us a big party next weekend. Pretty excited about that. (: Tonight we went out to eat with a big group to say goodbye to one of Hub's best friends. That lucky dude gets to leave in the morning.We are both so ready to get outta here. It seems to be all we talk about...well that and our new truck that is being shipped and will be waiting for us when we get home. We bought a Ford Lightning. It's Hub's dream car..and the one we got is pretty sweet. I'll post pics when we get home. I made a long post about the stuff I am looking forward to about being home, but I didn't mention that we are joining a gym and have made a plan to get into shape. Logan is excited to start lifting weights and I'm just ready to start losing some weight and toning up, so I'll be lifting too. Our plan is to go to the gym MWF for weights and high intensity cardio and then on Tu and Th we're gonna be jogging/walking through our neighborhood. It's five miles if you go through the whole thing. I also am going to start planning my meals out three days at a time I think. I see that as something I can do and stick to. I don't mind going to the grocery store several times a week..esp since it will be right by our gym. I still have been eating better than I was before..and addin in a little but of exercise, but when we get home I'm switching to high gear and am going to really push myself. I have several ideas to help keep me motivated.. the first is a inspiration board. I am going to print out pictures, words, sayings, or whatever else motivates me and I'm going to hang the board somewhere where I'll see it a lot. Second, I'm going to make little goals, bigger goals, and THE goal...and when I achieve each of them, I'll give myself a reward. I haven't picked all the rewards yet..but I have some ideas. :) I'll make the list and post on my tone it up page. Here are some of my motivation pics. I don't want to be "skinny:. I want to be healthy and tone.
