Happy 4th!

Well this weekend has just been a great one. :) 

Let's see...Friday night we went to a party at some friends' house.

 total blast, like always. 

It was basically like Thanksgiving in July. 

She cooked Turkey, dressing, potatoes, green bean casserole, and tons of other stuff. 

  Saturday we slept in and then made a little trip to wal-mart, sonic, and picked up our fur babies some stuff from a little pet store in town. 

]Saturday night we met some friends at the drive-in for a couple of cute movies and pizza/popcorn/coke, ya know, movie foods.

Sunday we did something a little crazy. 

We found an Irish Wolfhound puppy in need of a home. 

We had decided before that we weren't going to get any more dogs until we have our own place (right now we are renting while in the Military) but we couldn't resist.

 We drove to Phoenix, Arizona and picked her up. 

We didn't get home till 2 this morning, but the trip was so worth it. 

She is the sweetest puppy EVER. 

Not to mention this chic is already HUGE. 

I haven't taken any pics of her yet,but she looks like this

only bigger.

I have started realizing that I love really big dogs.

 I can't wait till she and our mastiff puppy are full grown. 

They are gonna be massive! 

Tonight we are doing the traditional cookout and watching fireworks thing. 

We have a huge pack porch, which happens to face the base and they are shooting fireworks.

SOOO can't wait to eat fresh burgers and fruit we got today. :)
