GetFit day1 & the weekend.

Today is day 1 of my selfchallenge. So far, so good..but it IS only 9:30 am. lol 
I just ate my breakfast and I'm about to go for a walk/jog. 
 Here's what I'm eating today.

Breakfast: 1 cup Special K red berries
2/3 cup milk (I have to drink lactaid) 


Snack: a handful of blueberries
1 string cheese


Lunch: spinach leaves with
chicken
tomatoes 
baby carrots
light italian dressing


snack: special k blueberry cereal bar


Dinner: tilapia 
small salad 

& drinking lots of water! 


What did we do this weekend? 
Well Friday night we baby sat our friends' babies. The little girl is adorable is always makes my baby fever spike when I get to watch her. lol Then sat we ran some errands and then headed to the park for the little boy (Aiden)'s bday party. It was HOT..but we had fun. Of course we took the pups. All four of us were WORN out when we got home. Logan cooked us some YUMMY chicken alfredo and we watched the new Harry Potter. Sunday, Logan had to wake up and head in for duty..so I was home alone all day. Last night I went to the drive-in. I only stayed for the first movie..which was dumb and I was tired. I'm excited about this week being the start to becoming healthy. :]
