On a happier note, I finally took my nasty feet to get a pedicure. It was the first time I've had one since I moved out here and I won't go to any other nail spa. It just opened here and I LOVED it. The lady was really really friendly and helpful. I was gonna get acrylic nails, but then she suggested I get a gel manicure...so I did..and it looks awesome. I went with a bluish green tip this time..decided to save the pinks and reds for summer. She said it lasts up to 3 weeks..but my nails grow fast so I'll probably be visiting her again in about 2. Now lets talk about the pedicure. I had a gift certificate from my husband..so I went with the best most expensive one...and it was so worth it. She put rose petals and some kind of powder in the water and she made my feet as soft as a baby's butt. :) Oh I can't forget the 10 min massage she gave each leg/foot. o.m.g. I can't wait to go back..She painted my toesies about the same color as the tips of my fingernails and then did some design in white and silver. Looks soo good. :) OH AND I also got 25% off the total for being a Marine wifey. (having a military id)
Hubs got home just a few minutes after I did.. he took a quick shower and we threw a pizza in the oven and played phase ten. After we ate the pizza (that had cheese stuffed crust and was gone in like 3 mins) we watched Why Did I Get Married Too? and then went to bed. He has been/is exhausted this week. He's been having to get up at 3..yes THREE a.m. to go into work..I'm glad it's almost Sat, so he can catch up on some sleep and so I get the whole day with him. :)
